A large part of this role is being an onsite leader (with the superintendent) while spending 7 days per week on the jobsite, in the hotel, as it is being renovated. A clean, private hotel room will be provided. This role will be leading the effort to deliver the project on time and on budget. After several of these 3–6-month Hotel renovation projects over a few years, our intent is to grow our Field PM’s into senior construction managers who oversee multiple projects at once, work remotely, and only have to visit the site once per month.
